Mani-i-a, Homemade cheese and cured meat boards to share

If you want to read in Spanish click here
A board of cheese and cured meat is by nature an item designed to share with friends and family. Mani-i-a creates boards and artisanal desserts that aim to bring people together around the table, after a hard day’s work, for a romantic dinner, a birthday, anniversary or any other special event.
Mani-i-a is a new family business, named after the initials of their family members. The idea arose as an attempt to pay homage to the many restaurants that specialize in cheese and wine in London, where the owner used to live and frequent these establishments.
They transferred the concepts of the Londoner restaurants to their boards and added a dash of their own personality, all with a selection of fresh and quality products. Their product line offers four distinct boards, as well as customized boards, desserts, wine, beer and mezcal.
Products
Mani-i-a’s most popular item is the Cheese and Meat Board, with brie, gruyere, semi-cured manchego and parmesan on the cheese end, and jamón serrano, canadian ham and salami on the meat end, garnished with fresh grapes, crackers and artisanal bread baked by Maranega.
It is also our favorite board because all of the elements combine perfectly. The brie is surprising and comes in a big portion, with a really light flavor that goes great with the bread and cured meats. The grapes are super juicy and the crackers are tasty, crunchy and allow the flavors of the board to stand out. The quality and freshness of each product is very notable.
